Tasks
- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for customer systems.
- Assist internal and external clients with IT-related questions.
- Manage applications like Jira and Confluence, and coordinate testing.
Skills
- Completed ICT training or initial experience in a support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT security.
- Excellent German communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Your tasks
- Technical 1st and 2nd level support for our customer systems and the platform
- Consulting and support of internal and external customers on IT topics
- Representation of customer concerns towards partners
- Application management of ESPRIT applications, DWH, Intranet/Extranet, Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Participation in technical projects
- Release testing and coordination
- Processing customer orders
Your profile
- Training as an IT specialist EFZ or first experience in support/service desk
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment as well as experience with browsers and IT security
- Quick comprehension for analyzing contexts and dependencies
- IT-affine and committed personality with a strong interest in technology
- Enjoyment in consulting activities on IT topics
- Committed personality and team player with very good German skills
