Programme Coordinator Inclusion and Special Education in Teaching Profession (60-80%)

Your tasks:
You are responsible for the content and personnel coordination of the teaching offer in the field of inclusion and special education in teacher training and contribute to its further development. Your area of responsibility as a research associate includes in particular:
- Collaboration with the teaching staff as well as ensuring and further developing the teaching offer
- Cooperation with the responsible persons of the various level-specific degree programmes with the training goal of becoming a teacher and support of the level-specific curricular developments with a perspective on inclusion and special education
- Independent professional and higher education didactic contributions to module and teaching development in the subject area as well as own teaching activities and supervision of performance assessments and qualification papers
- Reception of the relevant specialist literature and the professional field-relevant discourses and writing of written and oral contributions to the conception and discussion of teacher professionalism from the perspective of inclusion and special education
Your profile:
- University degree in the field of educational sciences with a focus on inclusion and special education, ideally with a completed doctoral project in the same subject area
- Professional experience in the school sector and an EDK-recognised diploma or equivalent (teaching professions or special education professions)
- Successful project work in the education sector as well as experience and interest in working in committees, working groups and organisational interfaces
- Higher education or adult education didactic competences
- Willingness and ability to take on a motivating and clear role and to pursue a common goal in diverse forms of collaboration
- Outgoing, solution-oriented and assertive person who brings together different interests
- Time flexibility & availability as well as interest in personal and professional development "on the job"
