- Proficiency in French, English, and German, minimum C1 level for all three languages. Any other language is a plus
- Experience in customer support for a technical solution
- Strong Excel skills
- Good proficiency with IT tools (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with the Cumulocity IoT portal is a plus
- Highly versatile, flexible, and autonomous
- Pragmatic, analytical and synthesis skills
- Organizational skills, comfortable with problem-solving, entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit, natural authority, team dynamics
