We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist who is responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and packaging according to company standards. You will work in various areas of quality management, from conducting specific tests to process optimization. Your work significantly contributes to maintaining our high quality standards.

YOUR NEW TASKS:

Testing and analyzing raw materials, auxiliary materials, and finished products using various methods in the manufacturing process.
Conducting sampling, recording, evaluating, and discussing the results.
Immediate production stoppage in case of quality tolerance violations and notifying quality and production managers.
Collecting and evaluating quality control data and preparing it for quality management reporting.
Documenting measurement results according to GMP standards.
Handling customer complaints and working closely with the Sales and Warehouse departments.
Participating in the introduction of new products and packaging, as well as adapting and updating the corresponding documentation.
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in the laboratory and production areas.
Optimizing processes and continuously improving workflows in quality control.
Ensuring efficient interface management between internal and external stakeholders.
Maintaining and properly handling testing equipment and devices, adhering to the highest hygiene and safety standards.
Professional coordination and support of colleagues in packaging handling and their mutual alignment.

YOUR PROFILE:

You have completed an EFZ apprenticeship.
Initial professional experience is required.
You have good MS Office skills; SAP is an advantage.
You work carefully, independently, and precisely.
You like to take responsibility.
You are communicative and enjoy working in a team.
You speak fluent German and have basic knowledge of English.
