At seven locations in the western and German-speaking parts of Switzerland, our approximately 700 employees prepare around 100 tonnes of laundry daily, i.e. it is hygienically cleaned, professionally folded, sorted individually for customers, and delivered. For our branch in Brugg, we are looking for a
Customer Service Employee Workwear (35–40% Hourly Wage)
Your Tasks
- Organisation and distribution of workwear in locker compartments at our customers’ premises (deployment areas: Zurich Oberland region, Lake Zurich, and Aargau)
- Supporting employees with fittings and advice
- Management and maintenance of pooled laundry
- Administrative tasks related to the locker compartment service (e.g. documentation, list maintenance)
- Friendly and professional interaction with customers and employees
- Independent planning and execution of the weekly deployment (Wednesdays and Thursdays, approx. 35–40% workload, hourly wage)
- Supporting the team leader with occasional additional tasks or special projects
Your Profile
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Organisational talent and a flair for structured processes
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Reliable, independent, and responsible personality
- Flexibility and willingness for regular assignments on Wednesdays and Thursdays
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Driving licence mandatory; you feel confident in road traffic
