About the job
The Linden Pharmacy in Rupperswil is a family business currently comprising twenty pharmacies. Our quality awareness is based on individual disease prevention and holistic health promotion. Therefore, we value understanding and communication in our customer relationships.
We are looking for a flexible, competent, and committed pharmacist 90-100% in Rupperswil starting from March 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your tasks
You support the team in the busy daily routine as a contact person for all questions regarding pharmaceutical advice and customer care, ensuring the correct dispensing of medication and prescription processing.
You assist with the control of Pharmis and tube blisters.
You participate in the implementation of ISO 9001 QMS quality standards.
Furthermore, you strengthen the existing collaboration with healthcare service providers.
You are responsible for the timely preparation of magistral formulations as well as for the care and provision of medication for substitution patients.
You are also welcome to contribute to the development of our range of pharmaceutical services for all Linden pharmacies.
Your profile
You have a university degree as a pharmacist.
You are interested in both personal customer relationships and a versatile range of tasks. You are guided by a strong quality awareness.
As a person, you are characterized by high social competence, such as empathy, teamwork, and communication skills, as well as pronounced commitment and a sense of responsibility.
You are also motivated to bring in new ideas.
We especially appreciate a high degree of initiative and active participation in the processes within the pharmacy, as well as in the cooperation processes throughout the company.
