Responsibilities

• You are responsible for defining and reviewing the assortment and sales prices taking into account the current assortment policy
• Thanks to your confident manner, you find it easy to conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding the assortment and activities
• Planning measures and carrying out activities with budget and success control are part of your duties
• You create analyses of the market and assortment as well as customers and competitors
• You initiate and lead projects in category management

Requirements

• You bring solid professional experience in category, key account or procurement management
• You have further education at university or university of applied sciences level in business administration with a focus on marketing and/or sales
• You are characterised by strong conceptual and analytical skills
• You are communicative at all levels, proactive, independent and have a pronounced negotiating skill
• You have very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• You communicate fluently in German both orally and in writing and can communicate well in French (and/or Italian). Oral English skills are an advantage
