Ensuring a high-quality intercompany training for sanitary practitioners EBA as well as deputy training for sanitary installers EFZ including solar courses.

Conducting and supervising the intercompany courses (ÜK) for apprentices sanitary practitioner EBA

Deputy support in the area of sanitary installer EFZ independent

Conducting the solar courses

Imparting technical basics as well as practical working techniques

Accompanying and promoting the apprentices during the training

Assisting in the preparation and further development of course materials

Assisting in the preparation, organisation and further development of the ÜK organisation and assistance in the qualification procedure (QV)

Participation in internal association meetings and events (education commission, general meeting, QV celebration)

Ensuring a safe and professional training environment

Collaboration with training companies, vocational schools and the training team

Material management and ordering

Maintenance of training places and infrastructure

Participation in projects (career fairs, exhibitions, etc.)
