Your challenge

In this versatile role, you support customers in their daily use of their Abacus solution. You analyse issues, help develop solutions, and work closely with experienced consultants.

You gain insight into various modules such as finance and accounting or HR/payroll and assist with configuration, testing, and implementation of customer requirements. Additionally, you contribute to ERP implementations and system optimisations and, with growing experience, increasingly take on independent areas of responsibility.

You also actively contribute to support (1st and 2nd level) and gradually develop into a competent contact person for professional and system-related questions.

Your qualities and talents

• You have already gained some practical experience with Abacus, for example as a user, key user, or in support.
• Your foundation is training in an IT-related field, ideally complemented by a relevant degree.
• You enjoy working your way into complex systems and show genuine interest in ERP and digitalisation topics.
• You think analytically, work in a structured way, and approach problems actively and solution-oriented.
• German is your mother tongue and you communicate confidently in English.
