What you will achieve as a participant in our programme.

• You will complete a practical two-year training programme that prepares you for your career start as an SAP consultant.
• As soon as possible, you will work on client projects – professionally supported by experienced consultants.
• You will get to know the diversity of SAP from the ground up and specialise in 2-3 modules.
• Regular SAP courses including certifications will keep you up to date with the latest technical standards.
• You will expand your knowledge from requirements, project and test management to the SAP solution portfolio, as well as client communication and presentation techniques.

What you bring with you.

• A qualification from a Swiss educational institution in computer science (degree or apprenticeship/EFZ), business informatics, business administration or a comparable degree.
• Strong motivation and interest in IT consulting.
• Great interest in IT systems and a strong desire to learn how to configure them to meet client requirements.
• High service orientation and enjoyment in tackling daily challenges together with your team.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (native level) as well as willingness to travel within Switzerland.

This programme is aimed at recent graduates as well as individuals at the beginning of their professional career (maximum age 30 years).
