You are passionate about gastronomy, enjoy taking responsibility, and develop events with high quality standards that you implement with commitment and professionalism. You have completed an apprenticeship as a chef, have experience in the event and catering sector, and further training, for example at a higher technical college. Perhaps your dream job awaits here!

Your tasks

• You advise customers and inspire them with our event and catering solutions.
• You plan and realise events independently – from enquiry through execution to follow-up.
• You lead employees situationally and appreciatively.
• You ensure smooth processes and compliance with our quality standards.
• You develop offers, calculations, and new gastronomic concepts together with management and the team.
• You contribute your own ideas and take responsibility for the further development of Gourmetbox GmbH, its values, and processes.

Your profile

• You are a values-oriented person with a positive attitude and a passion for fine cuisine and experiential events.
• You have a basic training as a chef and several years of experience in the gastronomy and event industry. You understand the possibilities and challenges of a professional kitchen and can connect customer wishes, concepts, and operational processes.
• You have completed further training in business administration or management (HF diploma or comparable qualification). You bring the necessary office experience to create offers and calculations, plan projects, further develop processes, and keep an overview even in complex procedures.
• You have leadership experience and put people at the centre.
• You communicate clearly and appropriately in spoken and written German and are confident in using common MS Office applications.
• You are willing to help operationally if needed.
• You hold a category B driving licence.
