Your role
Curiosity drives us. Become our next After-Sales Sales Engineer – Romandie. You will join our Service Sales team and report to the Service Sales Manager. In this role, your mission is to identify and fully exploit the potential of all Aftermarket products and services with customers in your assigned region. You will contribute to our common goal of creating high-quality products and solutions for our clients.
Your daily tasks
- Sales of all Aftermarket products and services, with a particular focus on service contracts and strategic products
- Maintenance, development and strengthening of existing business relationships
- Customer follow-up for those with a service contract regarding installation changes, operating hours, etc.
- Application of rigorous territory management (systematic visits to all customers in the assigned region)
- Preparation of offers using the tools provided and in collaboration with Back Office (CRM, Internal Sales, administration and support)
- Ensuring a professional and customer-oriented presence of Aftermarket activities in the region
- Support and advice to external sales colleagues on all Aftermarket-related matters.
Your skills and experience
- Technical training complemented by further commercial education
- Several years of professional or industrial experience, as well as a good understanding of economic issues and the sector
- Interest in service activities and practical experience with technical installations (mechanical, electronic)
- Knowledge of pneumatics and electrical engineering, as well as good IT skills
- Autonomous and structured working method, with a professional and convincing presentation
- Excellent command of French (C1 level) and German (B1/B2 level); good knowledge of English is an additional asset
