Your tasks

• Responsibility for the new build, further development and operation of the Identity and Access Management landscape (IAM)
• Ensuring stable and secure IAM processes as well as continuous optimisation of the associated services and systems
• Support and advice for projects in connecting applications and systems to the IAM solution
• Definition, implementation and further development of governance structures, policies and standards in the IAM area
• Automation and optimisation of interfaces, authorisation processes and user lifecycles to increase efficiency and quality
• Ensuring 2nd and 3rd level support as well as analysing and resolving complex faults and requirements in the IAM environment

What convinces us about you

• University degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field as well as further training in the area of Identity and Access Management
• Several years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management as well as sound knowledge of modern IAM solutions, identity management processes and relevant technologies. Experience with midPoint is an advantage
• Good knowledge of scripting languages as well as experience in automation and integration of systems and processes
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form at least at level C1 as well as good English skills at level B2
• Analytical, structured and independent working style with high initiative as well as the ability to handle complex issues at operational, tactical and strategic levels and develop sustainable solutions
• Communicative and team-oriented personality with enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration as well as the ability to convey complex technical content appropriately for the target audience
