ERP Project Manager Finance (m/f/d)
Role:
An established company in the field of ERP solutions is seeking an experienced individual to accompany customer projects in the financial environment from requirements analysis to successful implementation. The focus is on solutions for financial accounting, controlling, and related business processes.
In this versatile role, you combine your expertise in finance with project management and consulting. You work closely with specialists on the client side, develop suitable solution approaches, and accompany the implementation together with internal specialists.
Responsibilities:
Analysis of customer requirements in financial accounting and controlling as well as development of practical solution concepts
Consulting specialists such as accountants, controllers, and finance managers in optimising their ERP processes
Design and implementation of business processes within a modern ERP solution
Coordination of software adjustments in collaboration with internal development specialists
Planning and conducting key user training as well as supporting customers during and after go-live
Management of ERP projects in close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
Experience in finance and accounting, controlling, or ERP consulting with corresponding professional affinity
Enjoyment of direct customer contact and advising specialists and executives
Experience in analysing complex requirements and translating them into practical solutions
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility
Strong communication skills, teamwork, and openness to change and new technologies
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills are an advantage
