Tasks

• Teaching with individual support goals
• Taking responsibility for the processes of support planning as a reference teacher
• Collaboration in the interprofessional treatment team (medicine, psychology, nursing, social pedagogy, social services, and special therapies)
• Co-designing theme and project days during school holidays

Profile

• EDK recognized primary school diploma
• Professional experience as a secondary school teacher or SHP
• Creative, mentally agile, and strong in individually oriented teaching and learning forms
• High social competence and you consider collaboration a gain
