Tasks
- Teaching with individual support goals
- Taking responsibility for the processes of support planning as a reference teacher
- Collaboration in the interprofessional treatment team (medicine, psychology, nursing, social pedagogy, social services, and special therapies)
- Co-designing theme and project days during school holidays
Profile
- EDK recognized primary school diploma
- Professional experience as a secondary school teacher or SHP
- Creative, mentally agile, and strong in individually oriented teaching and learning forms
- High social competence and you consider collaboration a gain
