Your tasks with the new employer:
- You will manage and administer the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit
- You will independently handle payroll processing from A to Z for around 150 employees
- You will ensure the correct maintenance and monitoring of absence and time management
- You will advise and support managers and employees on labour law issues
- You will implement legal changes as well as updates from collective labour agreements
- You will contribute to the further development and optimisation of HR processes and measures
- You will take on a central interface role between employees and managers and actively participate in various HR projects
You offer your new employer:
- You have a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification
- You have completed further training in the HR field and possess sound knowledge of payroll and social security
- You bring several years of professional experience in personnel administration and payroll processing
- You have very good oral and written German skills
- Good French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
- You are characterised by a strong service orientation and enjoy working with people
- Your high social competence, empathy, and communication skills complete your profile
- You are a trustworthy, discreet, and responsible person
- An independent, structured, and precise way of working is natural for you
