Your tasks with the new employer:

• You will manage and administer the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit
• You will independently handle payroll processing from A to Z for around 150 employees
• You will ensure the correct maintenance and monitoring of absence and time management
• You will advise and support managers and employees on labour law issues
• You will implement legal changes as well as updates from collective labour agreements
• You will contribute to the further development and optimisation of HR processes and measures
• You will take on a central interface role between employees and managers and actively participate in various HR projects

You offer your new employer:

• You have a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification
• You have completed further training in the HR field and possess sound knowledge of payroll and social security
• You bring several years of professional experience in personnel administration and payroll processing
• You have very good oral and written German skills
• Good French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
• You are characterised by a strong service orientation and enjoy working with people
• Your high social competence, empathy, and communication skills complete your profile
• You are a trustworthy, discreet, and responsible person
• An independent, structured, and precise way of working is natural for you
