Gunten
HR Specialist (m/f/d)
- 16 September 2026
- 80 – 100%
- Permanent position
About the job
Just over a year ago, we began realigning our HR department. Many HR processes, standards, and tools are still being developed or rethought. Therefore, we are looking for an HR professional who enjoys being in the thick of things: advising managers, creating orientation and binding HR standards, driving projects forward – and just as naturally pitching in with the operational and administrative day-to-day business.
If you like to roll up your sleeves, take responsibility, and persist with endurance even when changes take time, you will find a role with scope for creativity with us.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for operational HR support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment
- Advising managers and employees on all HR-related issues
- Supporting complex personnel situations (case management, conflicts, terminations)
- Contributing to the development and further development of HR processes, standards, tools, and foundations
- Participating in HR projects and the gradual digitalisation of HR
- Close collaboration with payroll and HR administration as well as active involvement in operational day-to-day business
Your profile
- Commercial basic training with solid further education in HR (HR specialist with a federal certificate or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (level C1)
- Comprehensive knowledge of labour law and confidence in advising managers
- Good understanding of payroll and HR administration processes as well as enjoyment of operational tasks
- Enjoy working with pragmatic solutions while also helping to build new, digital HR solutions
Our offer
- Scope for creativity in building and further developing fundamental HR work
- A responsible role in the thick of things and close to people and the company (regular home office is not planned)
- Flexible working hours that give you space to enjoy our special location on Lake Thun for a walk, a sporty round, or a break in between
- Opportunities for personal and professional development
- Relaxing recreation (fitness courses, free wellness offers at our partner companies, and discounts on fitness subscriptions)
- Modern employment conditions with progressive fringe benefits
