FlatDrive is a young, rapidly growing digital company offering cars, motorcycles, campers and e-bikes in flexible monthly subscriptions at a fair fixed price – for both private and business customers. To ensure our customers can drive off relaxed in their dream vehicle with just a few clicks, our FlatDrive crew consists of various mobility specialists: from experienced business professionals to media technicians and mechanics. We also work closely with our partners in the region.

Employee* Vehicle Purchasing (80–100 %)

Do you want to take responsibility, are strong in negotiation and convince with a precise and structured way of working?

For our vehicle purchasing, we are seeking a committed individual to support us in procuring new vehicles, maintaining contact with our suppliers and reliably and independently shaping the purchasing process.

Your tasks

You are responsible for the operational procurement of our new vehicles and accompany the entire purchasing process from obtaining offers to vehicle delivery.

• Searching for and procuring suitable new vehicles
• Obtaining, comparing and negotiating vehicle offers
• Analysing market prices and purchasing conditions
• Monitoring vehicle orders, delivery dates and availability
• Close cooperation with internal departments and external suppliers
• Active participation in optimising our purchasing processes

• Commercial understanding and strong negotiation skills
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Organisational talent and enjoyment in dealing with suppliers
• Confident use of digital tools, especially Excel
• Interest in the automotive industry, industry experience an advantage
• Good communication skills, English skills desired
• Initiative, sense of responsibility and economic thinking
