Responsibilities:
You process orders from entry to final delivery control.
You monitor delivery dates and clarify delays directly with the responsible suppliers.
You maintain supplier master data and purchasing-relevant information in the ERP system.
You check stock levels and derive the current material requirements.
You clarify missing or late materials with suppliers and internal contacts.
You coordinate order quantities and delivery dates with logistics and production.
You keep purchasing data, orders and delivery information up to date.
You negotiate conditions and delivery dates with existing suppliers.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
Professional experience in purchasing, ideally in a manufacturing or technical environment.
Knowledge of material procurement and dealing with suppliers.
Confident use of MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
Understanding of stock levels, demand determination and ordering processes.
Negotiation skills and a confident manner towards suppliers.
Independent, structured and reliable working style.
Team spirit and flexibility in dealing with changing requirements.
