EARLY CHILDHOOD NURSE (ECN) - schedule
Missions
Within the framework of home visits and parent-child meetings at the CMS, you ensure and promote community health services intended for children aged 0 to 4 years and their parents.
You contribute to health promotion and prevention, both at the primary and secondary levels, by supporting the overall development of the child and accompanying families in their parental role.
You offer individualised support and guidance adapted to the needs of families, ensuring the strengthening of their parenting skills, fostering an environment conducive to the child’s well-being, and early identification of any situation requiring intervention or additional support.

Your profile
- General nursing diploma, level 2, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in paediatrics, maternity, or professional connection with early childhood
- Driving licence essential
- Experience or interest in health promotion and prevention
- High flexibility, including cover during school holidays
- Knowledge of systemic family approach is an asset
- Ability to work autonomously and in an interdisciplinary team
- Strong organisational skills for independent work
- Listening and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with common IT tools
