Depending on your interests and experience, we offer exciting opportunities in various fields:

Compulsory Insurance: You examine applications, assess insurance obligations, and decide on exemptions, refusals, assignments, and changes. You maintain close contact with authorities, health insurers, and insured persons.

Customers & Registration: You clarify entitlement rights, process registrations, and respond to enquiries both nationally and within the EU/EFTA context. Direct contact with various stakeholders is part of your varied daily work.

Benefits: You handle complex special cases, review invoices, and make decisions on cost approvals in both outpatient and inpatient care.

You are confident in using digital systems and applications and are willing to familiarise yourself with new specialist applications and processes. Your teamwork skills and willingness to develop professionally complete your profile. You apply your good foreign language skills in French, Italian, or English confidently in customer contact.
