You support our clients with basic care
You take care of professional treatment care
You carry out the care documentation thoroughly and independently
You are in close exchange with case management and actively participate in the care process
You also take on administrative and organizational tasks if needed

You have training as a Health Specialist

You enjoy working with elderly people and are committed to the diverse tasks
Preferably, you have professional experience in long-term care
