Your Tasks
- Responsible for answering and processing all referrals and enquiries
- Regular contact with referrers, patients, relatives and authorities
- Responsible for good triage and thus optimal bed management
- Maintaining waiting lists, arranging appointments and advising patients as well as relatives or referrers
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF / FH
- Professional experience in a psychiatric environment and a confident approach to dealing with people in challenging life situations
- Good IT user skills
- Willingness to work shifts (Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 19:00)
