Mandate Manager in Fiduciary Services
- 30 September 2026
- 70 – 100%
- Permanent position

About the job
If you have been managing mandates for several years, you know the daily routine in fiduciary services. Annual financial statements, tax returns, deadlines, queries, and administration are part of it.
However, we believe they should not define the entire working day.
Because fiduciary services mean more to us. Understanding companies. Advising entrepreneurs. Developing solutions. Taking responsibility. And sometimes solving a question where the answer is not already in a checklist.
For this, we want to create the necessary freedom at accoswiss.
We consistently digitalise and automate where technology can take work off our hands. Typing up receipts, entering information multiple times, or manually processing repetitive tasks does not match our idea of modern fiduciary work. We increasingly use automation and AI solutions in this process.
Not because technology replaces good fiduciaries. But because it gives them more time for the work where their experience and expertise are truly needed.
We believe in personal responsibility instead of micromanagement, short paths instead of unnecessary hierarchies, and people who like to think along.
Perhaps this suits you too.
Your Role
You manage your own portfolio of mandates and are the first point of contact for your clients.
You will not only look after classic Swiss SMEs. Our client portfolio is continuously evolving and increasingly includes high-growth companies, more complex corporate structures, and mandates with international issues.
You should take responsibility and be able to understand and support your mandates as holistically as possible.
Your responsibilities include in particular:
- independent management of your own client portfolio
- preparation and review of annual financial statements, tax returns, as well as financial and payroll accounting
- advice in the areas of accounting and taxation
- support for company formations, capital changes, and other entrepreneurial issues
- depending on experience, participation in more complex consulting projects, such as succession solutions or international matters
- professional support and coaching of employees
- shaping our digital processes and further company development
We do not expect you to master every one of these tasks perfectly from day one. What matters to us is that you are professionally curious, want to take responsibility, and wish to develop further.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a personality who is professionally strong, works independently, and enjoys not only administratively supporting clients but truly accompanying them.
Ideally, you bring:
- professional certificate in fiduciary services, finance and accounting, or a comparable higher professional qualification
- at least three years of experience managing fiduciary mandates
- solid knowledge of Swiss accounting and tax law
- enjoyment of direct client contact
- initiative, quality awareness, and entrepreneurial thinking
- interest in digital working methods and new technologies
If you want to develop professionally, we explicitly support that. Further training to become a certified fiduciary expert or another professional specialisation is welcome but not mandatory.
What to Expect from Us
Good framework conditions are important to us. But what really shapes your working day is what matters most: interesting mandates, good colleagues, professional exchange, personal responsibility, and enough freedom for good advice.
With us, you can expect:
- challenging SME mandates with direct client contact
- a lot of personal responsibility in managing your mandates
- short decision-making paths and direct exchange with our partners
- modern, consistently digitalised work processes
- a professionally strong team where knowledge is shared
- targeted support for professional training and specialisations
- flexible working hours and home office
- a 40-hour workweek
- attractive social benefits
- from 2027, our new office in the Papieri area in Cham with a modern working environment in one of the region’s most exciting development areas
We Have Big Plans
accoswiss has developed strongly in recent years, and we want to continue on this path.
We want to grow further. Not just to become bigger, but to build additional expertise and offer our employees new development opportunities. In the medium term, for example, we want to build up additional specialists in areas such as taxation and other consulting fields within our own team.
At the same time, we are consistently investing in digitalisation, automation, and AI. We want to complete routine tasks more efficiently and use the gained time where we create the greatest added value for our clients.
And Where Do You Want to Develop?
Perhaps you want to become even stronger professionally. Perhaps you want to specialise in a particular area. Perhaps you want to take on leadership responsibility one day. Or you are simply looking for a place where you can practise your vocation as a fiduciary with joy and commitment.
We do not want to prescribe the same career path for everyone. If you want to develop and are ready to take responsibility, we will find the right path together.
Fancy an Informal Introduction?
You don’t have to send us a perfect application right away.
If you feel that our idea of fiduciary services might suit you, we would be happy to get to know you informally.
Do you have questions about the position or would you first like to learn informally how we work?
Roger Lüssi and Simon Macor look forward to hearing from you.
