Junior Client Manager Fiduciary

About the job
Have you already been working in fiduciary services for several years and feel ready for the next step?
Do you want to do more than just handle individual tasks, but understand the bigger picture, take on increasing responsibility, and become the main contact person for clients yourself?
Then the role of Junior Client Manager at accoswiss might suit you.
For us, fiduciary services mean more than just annual financial statements, tax returns, and bookkeeping. It is about understanding companies, supporting entrepreneurs, and developing solutions for their issues.
We do not expect you to be able to do all this independently yet. However, we do expect you to want to develop professionally and that you have already embarked on this path with further education.
We also want to create the necessary freedom for professional work through technology. We consistently digitalise and automate where technology can take work off our hands. Typing up receipts, entering information multiple times, or manually processing repetitive tasks does not fit our idea of modern fiduciary work. We increasingly use automation and AI solutions.
Not because technology replaces good fiduciaries, but because it gives them more time for work where their experience and expertise are truly needed.
We believe in personal responsibility instead of micromanagement, short communication paths instead of unnecessary hierarchies, and people who like to think along.
Perhaps now is the right time for your next step.
Your Role
As a Junior Client Manager, you will gradually develop towards independently managing fiduciary mandates.
We won’t just throw you in at the deep end. You will work closely with experienced client managers and our partners, taking on more responsibility as you gain experience and develop professionally.
Depending on your previous experience, you will either independently manage your first smaller mandates or gradually take on more responsibility within larger client mandates.
You will not only work for traditional Swiss SMEs. Our client portfolio is continuously evolving and increasingly includes high-growth companies, more complex corporate structures, and mandates with international issues.
Your responsibilities will particularly include:
- Assisting in the management of SME mandates
- Gradually taking over your own clients and mandates
- Preparing annual financial statements and tax returns for individuals and legal entities
- Managing financial and payroll accounting
- Preparing and increasingly independently conducting client meetings
- Assisting with company formations, capital changes, and other entrepreneurial issues
- Depending on experience, assisting with more complex consulting projects and international matters
- Close collaboration with experienced client managers and our partners
- Contributing to our digital processes and further company development
Our goal is clear: You should develop professionally and personally so that you can increasingly manage mandates independently and support your clients holistically.
How quickly you take on additional responsibility does not depend on a rigid career plan but on your experience, development, and how much responsibility you want to assume.
What We Are Looking For
We are not looking for a finished client manager. But someone who has consciously taken the next professional step and wants to develop into a client manager.
You bring:
- a commercial basic education with professional experience in the fiduciary sector or a comparable professional foundation
- ongoing further education towards a fiduciary specialist certificate or finance and accounting, or a relevant ongoing degree at a university of applied sciences
- practical experience in fiduciary services and good basics in financial accounting
- initial experience in preparing annual financial statements and tax returns
- good knowledge of Swiss accounting and tax law
- enjoyment in taking on increasing direct client contact and responsibility
- initiative, quality awareness, and willingness to learn new things
- interest in digital working methods and new technologies
What matters to us is not which educational path you have chosen. What is important is that you want to develop professionally and increasingly apply what you have learned in practice.
What Awaits You With Us
For your next development step, you need more than just a new job. You need an environment where you can ask questions, take responsibility, and learn from experienced colleagues.
With us, you can expect:
- a gradual introduction to independent mandate management
- direct client contact and increasing own responsibility
- challenging SME mandates and insight into more complex issues
- close collaboration with experienced client managers and our partners
- short decision-making paths and plenty of room for input
- a professionally strong team where knowledge is shared
- targeted support for your ongoing education and further professional development
- modern, consistently digitalised work processes
- flexible working hours and home office
- a 40-hour week
- attractive social benefits
- from 2027, our new office in the Papieri area in Cham with a modern working environment in one of the region’s most exciting development areas
We Have Big Plans
accoswiss has developed strongly in recent years and we want to continue on this path.
We want to grow further. Not just to become bigger, but to build additional expertise and offer our employees new development opportunities. In the medium term, for example, we want to build up additional specialists in areas such as taxes and other consulting fields within our own team.
At the same time, we are consistently investing in digitalisation, automation, and AI. We want to perform routine tasks more efficiently and use the gained time where we create the greatest added value for our clients.
For you, this means: You will not only develop within an existing role. You can also help shape how we work and develop as a company in the coming years.
And Where Do You Want to Develop?
You have already taken the first step: With your further education or your degree, you are investing deliberately in your professional future.
We want to give you the opportunity to apply this knowledge in practice.
Perhaps you want to soon manage your first mandates completely independently. Perhaps after your specialist certificate you want to pursue the path to become a certified fiduciary expert. Perhaps you want to specialise in a particular field or take on leadership responsibility at some point.
Or you simply want to become a really good fiduciary and support your clients in the long term.
We do not want to prescribe the same career path for everyone. If you want to learn, develop, and take on increasing responsibility, we will find the right path together.
Fancy an Informal Introduction?
You don’t have to send us a perfect application right away.
If you feel ready for your next step in fiduciary services and our idea of fiduciary work could suit you, we would be happy to get to know you informally.
Do you have questions about the position or would you first like to find out informally what your start as a Junior Client Manager with us could look like?
Roger Lüssi and Simon Macor look forward to hearing from you.
