Payroll Specialist / HR Administration (60%), Lindau/ZH

The association, with around 120 employees in Lindau, Lausanne, Bern and Cadenazzo, connects a wide range of actors through its agronomic and methodological expertise and implements courses, projects, publications and software in strong partnerships. You ensure that our employees can rely on reliable payroll processing and professional HR service. You are independently responsible for the payroll area and work closely with our CFO on financial and system-related matters. In operational HR, you support our HR management, contribute your know-how and actively develop our HR processes.

These activities inspire you

• You are responsible for the entire payroll accounting – from monthly payroll processing to year-end closing, including statutory reports and evaluations.
• You ensure smooth processes around social insurance, HR administration and the entire employee lifecycle.
• In Abacus, you ensure high data quality, manage time tracking and keep an eye on working hours, expenses and closings.
• As a competent contact person, you support employees, managers, authorities and insurers in German and French.
• With fresh ideas and your expertise, you optimise existing processes, contribute to exciting HR projects and actively shape the further development of our HR area.

What sets you apart

• Several years of experience in Swiss payroll and HR administration as well as sound knowledge of labour and social insurance law.
• Routine in using Abacus, fluent German and good French skills.
• An independent, structured, efficient and precise way of working, combined with discretion, a sense of responsibility and a high standard of quality.
• You are reliable – even when more commitment is required, such as deputising for HR management or during busy periods.
