What makes your daily work exciting:

• Installing and using Windows takes a few minutes. Setting up management software is more complex. You help Swiss SMEs adapt the Abacus software to their needs and processes.
• After a thorough and personalised introduction, you take responsibility for "your" project or client mandate. You can then count on the support of your colleagues.
• With clients, you analyse their processes, gather their needs and document them.
• You then implement the customised software solution at the client’s site. This usually lasts several weeks and you often work directly on site. Something to further enrich your daily work.
• Your task portfolio also includes organising and leading workshops and training sessions for your clients’ users.

What you bring:

• You don’t necessarily need to be a software expert yet, but a strong interest in IT is as important as a fascination for digitalisation and the opportunities it offers for process optimisation.
• You quickly grasp connections, enjoy learning new things and ambition drives you when it comes to understanding your clients’ business and offering them good solutions.
• What do we imagine in your educational background? Not so simple, as many paths lead to us. A commercial or technical education complemented by further training in business management at HES/ES level or a federal diploma has a good chance of success, whether already completed or in progress.
• Basic knowledge of English and/or German is ideally necessary to move easily in our environment.
• If you have already been in contact with Abacus or other ERP systems, even better. Perhaps in internal sales, stock management or finance. But this is not a requirement.
• Your future colleagues are eagerly awaiting the support of a straightforward and friendly person who likes to laugh, including at themselves. And yes, there is a lot to do: you will need to "dive in headfirst". It’s worth it, we promise.
