Legal Intern (Workload by Arrangement)

Advokatur Weltert & Partner AG is a small law firm located in the heart of Aarau, operating throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland both in litigation and advisory roles. Our focus areas include corporate, contract and commercial law, debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, as well as labour, family and administrative law. To strengthen our team, we are seeking support to manage existing and future mandates.

Your Tasks

• Various legal clarifications
• Processing and management of mandate files
• Drafting legal documents, with support from lawyers in complex cases
• Review of complex legal documents
• Correspondence with clients, authorities, courts, etc.
• Independent management of some small mandates with support and supervision from lawyers

Your Profile

• Preferably completed Master’s degree and initial experience with practical work as a lawyer
• Quick comprehension and interest in dealing with complex legal issues in a solution-oriented manner
• Precise and efficient working style as well as good editorial skills
