About the job
In this role, you will support the commercial, clinical and development successes by providing your clinical expertise, ensuring product credibility, and driving user adoption.
Your activities:
- Sales process support:
- Engage and build strong relationships with end users (physiotherapists, clinicians, physicians)
- Generate leads through cold calling and networking at trade shows
- Support the creation of clinical and marketing material
- Perform on-site product demonstrations
- On-site training, onboarding and user support
- Address clinical and technical questions and objections
- Collect feedback and contribute to product development and improvement
- Support clinical research activities
Your qualifications
- Independent, result-oriented and ready to go the extra mile to reach our goals
- Critical thinker and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer orientation, great people skills
- 5 years of relevant job experience
- A powerful communicator who can inspire enthusiasm for our technology
- Ready to travel nationally and internationally up to 50% of your time
- Proficiency in English, German or Italian
