For the Special Competence department, we are looking for you as a quantity surveyor to strengthen our acquisition team at our headquarters in Opfikon.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for the calculation of complex projects in the field of civil engineering within an offer team led by an experienced project manager
• Preparation of calculation bases including execution variants and project optimisations
• Construction process and scheduling planning
• Supplier and subcontractor enquiries
• Preparation of cost estimates and quotations
• Price calculations for additional offers of construction sites in execution
• Development of internal offers with civil, road and specialised civil engineering

Your profile

• Qualification: You have a qualification as a site manager, master builder, civil engineer FH or a comparable education and already have knowledge in the field of calculation.
• Interest in calculation: Even if you have not yet worked professionally as a quantity surveyor, you are warmly welcome.
• IT skills: You are a confident, skilled user of MS Office. Experience with SAP or a comparable calculation programme is an advantage. The same applies to scheduling with TILOS.
• Working style: You are used to working in a team, think analytically and interconnectedly, and handle the tasks assigned to you independently and efficiently.
• Language skills: Good German skills are required. If you also have knowledge of Italian, this is very welcome.
