Your area of responsibility

• Maintaining the QM documentation at the Reinach site
• Conducting internal audits as well as preparing and assisting with external audits
• Conducting internal training for all relevant employees
• Processing, handling and responding to customer complaints
• Root cause analysis of internal blockages and developing improvements
• Follow-up of deviations from audits
• Responding to customer questionnaires and enquiries regarding QA
• Deputising for the Quality Manager in their absence

Your profile/your experience

• University degree as a food engineer or basic food technology training with appropriate further education (e.g. advanced professional examination)
• Experience with FSSC 22000 standard or other GFSI standards
• Precise, efficient working style and interconnected thinking
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
