Tasks
- Customer service and the information center are your responsibility.
- With patience and commitment, you serve and advise our demanding customers.
- You are also responsible for the cash register system.
- You are responsible for receiving and processing customer orders as well as customer complaints.
- Thanks to your overview, the money, mail, and delivery note cycles are ensured.
- You perform general administrative tasks.
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training in retail or as a merchant.
- You have experience in administrative areas and in cash register operations.
- You are proficient with Office programs.
- Your German skills are very good - spoken and written. English and French are a plus.
- Flexible working hours (Mon-Sat) are a matter of course for you in sales.
- You enjoy customer contact and teamwork.
- You describe yourself as an independent, resilient, and committed personality.
