About the job
− Ensure the preparation and dispatch of dishes in compliance with quality standards
− Participate in the setup and organisation of the kitchen
− Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
− Contribute to the proper management of goods and stock
− Be proactive in the development of the offer
YOUR PROFILE
− Proven experience in the field or position.
− Passion for gastronomy.
− Good command of culinary techniques and HACCP standards.
− Autonomy, rigour and organisational skills.
− Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in cooking or an equivalent qualification in the field.
− Availability for some weekends
− Neat appearance, comfortable in social interactions and customer satisfaction oriented
