Your tasks
- You take technical responsibility for ICT infrastructures and are a reliable contact person for them.
- You plan, operate and further develop modern hybrid cloud environments.
- You design and implement customer projects such as migrations, system renewals, cloud integrations and security measures.
- You advise our customers holistically in the areas of network, security, server, virtualisation and data backup.
- You analyse and resolve complex faults and sustainably optimise existing infrastructures.
Your profile
- Training as an IT specialist EFZ and at least three years of professional experience as an ICT System Engineer – ideally with an IT service provider or in the SME environment.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Entra ID, Azure, networks, virtualisation and security.
- Experience in planning and implementing customer projects.
- A positive attitude, an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with a healthy pragmatism.
- A well-groomed, confident and engaging manner.
- You are rooted in Central Switzerland or want to build something here in the long term.
- Driving licence category B.
