For the Kästli affiliated companies Frischbeton AG Rubigen (fbr), Kies- und Betonwerk Schwarzenburg (kbs) and BERAG Belagslieferwerk Rubigen AG we are looking for a convincing personality who combines sales, operational day-to-day business and entrepreneurial thinking. In this versatile role, you are responsible for sales in both field and internal sales and simultaneously support the two managing directors as a sparring partner and deputy internally and externally.

Your scope for design
- You support the managing directors of fbr/kbs and BERAG in operational day-to-day business
- You are a sparring partner for the managing directors and contribute to operational as well as strategic issues
- You lead the internal sales and invoicing team
- You represent the managing directors during absences internally and externally
- You are responsible for sales in field and internal sales
- You are responsible for customer care, pricing, sales negotiations, acquisition and quality topics
- You independently conduct sales negotiations and develop viable solutions for customers, partners and the company.
- You gain in-depth knowledge of the day-to-day business of both companies and understand the processes in production, sales and administration
- You take on various administrative tasks
What scores with you
- You have completed vocational training with advanced commercial knowledge and ideally experience in the main or secondary construction trade
- You have leadership experience and possess the necessary interpersonal skills
- You have sales experience and enjoy building and developing customer relationships
- You convince with strong practical relevance, for example as a construction manager or foreman and bring the necessary administrative skills
- Ideally, you have a good network in the construction or building materials industry as well as in the region
- You have a strong affinity for technical topics such as plants, production processes and quality
- You bring a pronounced service orientation and work independently, structured and reliably
- You think in networks and recognise connections between customer needs, technology, quality and economic efficiency
- You convince through your personality and communicate clearly, reliably and on equal terms
