Strategic Buyer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the strategic purchasing team
- Further development and strategic alignment of the purchasing organisation and processes
- Strategic development and responsibility for the supplier pool
- Further development and expansion of supplier management
- Supplier selection and qualification as an integral part of the assortment process
- Reduction of procurement costs through targeted price negotiations, benchmarking and proactive contract management
- Preparation, evaluation and implementation of make-or-buy decisions
- Escalation management in case of delivery and quality issues
- Close cooperation with operational purchasing, product management, development and quality assurance
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial or technical training with further advanced education
- Several years of experience in strategic purchasing
- Very good German and English skills
- High technical affinity
- Communicative personality and a team player
