To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual as a Technical Documentation & Product Compliance Specialist who will shape the future with us.

Your Tasks

• Technical responsibility for the product documentation of our products and systems
• Creating, reviewing and further developing operating instructions, safety information and technical documents
• Analysing and interpreting relevant standards, guidelines and legal requirements and translating them into concrete product and documentation specifications
• Close collaboration with design, development and product managers to ensure complete and standards-compliant documentation
• Further developing and standardising our documentation processes and structures
• Contributing to digitalisation and automation, e.g. with single source publishing, structured content and AI-supported applications
• Professional exchange with external experts and the opportunity to participate in standards and industry committees

Your Profile

• Technical basic training with further education HF/FH or comparable qualification, ideally in mechanical engineering, design or a related field
• Experience in technical documentation, mechanical and plant engineering or product compliance
• Interest in technical standards, product safety and the practical implementation of legal requirements
• Technical understanding and enjoyment in presenting complex matters clearly and precisely
• Independent, structured and careful working style with a high quality awareness
• Very good German skills and good English skills
• Affinity for digital tools as well as interest in automation and AI
