Residential Area Manager 80-100%
for inpatient care and in-house home care

Your Tasks

Professional and personnel management of around 24 employees
Responsibility for the ward with 24 residents
Staff deployment / duty planning, employee discussions
Responsibility for classification using inter RAI / LTCF and RAI HC
Co-responsibility for the training of apprentices
Regular reports or meetings with the nursing management
Responsible for deployment planning in in-house home care
Ensuring a service- and resident-oriented, professional care quality including in-house home care
You ensure the flow of information to the residents, relatives and the nursing team
Active participation in the care process

What You Bring

Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse
(HF, DNI, DNII, AKP, Psych. KP) For foreign diplomas, recognition by the SRK is mandatory
Leadership and professional experience in the long-term care sector
Good German skills in spoken and written form (level B2)
Strong social skills
Resilience and very good organizational skills
Experience with RAI-NH or RAI-HC
