About the job
The Breast Centre Zurich is an interdisciplinary centre certified by the DKG and Q-Label for the diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases, especially breast tumours. After thorough diagnostics, our patients are treated according to the latest medical guidelines. The Breast Centre is a group practice that brings together specialists in gynaecology, surgery, medical oncology, radiology, radio-oncology, plastic surgery, and psycho-oncology under one roof. Our goal is to offer medical care and holistic support in all aspects related to breast diseases.
To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented individual to actively support our HR Business Partner in the operational HR day-to-day business for 12 months.
In this versatile role, you will be an important hub between employees, managers, the HR Business Partner, and our HR Shared Service Centre. You ensure that administrative HR processes run reliably and efficiently and support our employees organisationally throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle – from entry to exit.
Your tasks:
You support the HR Business Partner in the operational day-to-day business and independently take on administrative and organisational HR tasks.
You accompany the entire Employee Life Cycle from entry and onboarding through changes and absences to exit and prepare the associated HR documents.
You coordinate our recruiting processes: from job postings and applicant correspondence to organising interviews and preparing for entry.
You are the contact person for administrative HR matters, maintain HR data and personnel files, and work closely with our HR Shared Service Centre, especially in personnel administration and payroll changes.
You support HR projects and internal HR initiatives and actively contribute to the optimisation and digitalisation of our HR processes.
Your profile:
You have a commercial basic education and completed further training as an HR Assistant with a certificate.
Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in personnel administration or operational HR and are familiar with the key HR processes along the Employee Life Cycle.
You work independently, structured, and carefully, are well organised, and handle confidential information responsibly and discreetly.
You are a service-oriented, communicative, and proactive personality and enjoy contact with employees and managers.
You have very good German skills and good English skills, feel comfortable using digital tools and HR systems, and are interested in shaping and further developing HR processes.
You can expect a versatile HR role with insight into the entire spectrum of operational personnel work. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner and can increasingly take responsibility for defined HR processes.
We offer you a dynamic environment in healthcare, centrally located in Zurich, and a role where your reliable and independent working style makes a direct contribution to professional HR service.
