To strengthen our team at the headquarters in Spreitenbach, we are looking for a reliable, responsible, and bilingual person for our dispatch department immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Receiving and processing repair reports (by phone and digitally)
- Recording and handling customer orders as well as creating replacement offers
- Planning and coordinating the assignments of service technicians and installation technicians
- Scheduling appointments and notifying customers of changes
- Telephone advice on products, accessories, and services
- Processing and invoicing work reports as well as handling credit notes
- Monitoring open orders and general administrative tasks
- Maintaining customer data and supporting the customer center as needed
Your profile
- Completed commercial training with technical understanding or technical training with a commercial background
- Several years of experience in a comparable position is an advantage
- Very good German skills, additional languages (FR / IT / EN) are an advantage
- Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
- Organizational talent, resilience, and enjoyment of customer contact
