Sales Administrator Internal Sales Export (all genders) / Focus on Italy

About the job

To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a committed individual with extensive export experience and enthusiasm for international customer contact.

Your task
You are the central contact person for our international sales partners and customers, especially in Italy. You ensure that our orders are processed smoothly from inquiry to delivery. Your duties include:
- Independently creating and following up on offers
- Comprehensive handling of customer orders including export processing
- Clarification of export-relevant questions and shipping process
- Independent management of a defined customer portfolio
- Close cooperation with the field sales team, production, and other internal departments
- Active support in the further development of our customer relationships

What you bring
You feel comfortable in an international environment, think in a networked way, and keep an overview even with complex processes. Ideally, you have:
- A commercial basic education
- Several years of experience in internal sales
- Sound knowledge of export business and international delivery processes
- Very good Italian and English skills, both spoken and written
- Technical understanding and interest in industrial products
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and experience with ERP systems
- A quick grasp and a structured way of working
- Initiative, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of customer contact
