Operational Support Scientist

Your tasks essentially include:

• Support in the implementation of the new Annex 1 requirements in routine operations
• Creating change requests, coordinating necessary actions, and monitoring progress
• Leading and participating in projects related to the department
• Creating or updating SOPs, procedures, and work instructions as well as monitoring the training status of employees
• Investigating deviations and writing deviation reports
• Compiling and evaluating electronic data
• Supporting the department during regulatory inspections

You bring the following qualifications and professional experience:

• Completed scientific studies (e.g., pharmacy, chemistry, biology) (university or university of applied sciences) or several years of experience in the field
• Ideally, initial professional experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industry and in a GMP environment
• Independent working style, quick comprehension in handling new topics
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain an overview in hectic situations
• Proactive personality who understands how to deal with uncertainties, question existing processes, and contribute suggestions
• Team player who communicates clearly and openly and actively involves their stakeholders
• Fluent German and good English skills (spoken and written)
