In our BSO Payroll team in Zurich, you take responsibility for a small team as well as for demanding national and international payroll mandates. You do not need to have everything already: leadership experience is an advantage but not a must. Much more important to us are your solid payroll experience, your quality standards and your motivation to develop professionally and personally.

Payroll Team Leader (m/f/d) 80 -100%

What you will achieve

• You lead and develop a small payroll team and ensure high quality of our services together with your employees
• You manage demanding national and international payroll mandates
• You contribute your experience in topics such as social insurance, withholding taxes, cross-border employment relationships or employee participation
• You support your team with technical questions and promote knowledge exchange.
• You actively contribute to the professional, organisational and digital development of our payroll services
• Depending on experience, you take responsibility in customer projects and in the implementation of new mandates

What makes you successful

• You have a professional certificate in fiduciary, HR, or social insurance and have additionally trained in payroll (e.g. CAS Payroll Expert or similar)
• You bring several years of solid professional experience in payroll, ideally including some years in fiduciary or payroll outsourcing as mandate leader
• You have very good Excel skills and solid experience with Abacus. You use digital tools and AI purposefully to simplify processes
• You convince with clear and differentiated communication skills in German as well as very good English skills
• You enjoy taking responsibility and supporting others in their development
