Now we are taking the next step: With the new Shared Services Centre, we create the central interface between our locations and our customers. For this, we are looking for a personality who will build and shape this centre from the very beginning.

Your mission

• You build up the new Shared Services Centre and lead it with foresight and heart
• You ensure that information, processes and vehicles flow smoothly between customers and locations
• You centralise services and create uniform standards for all locations
• You design a customer experience that meets the standards of our premium brands, from the first enquiry to handover
• You lead, promote and motivate the team and work closely with the location managers

• You are enthusiastic about technology and modern IT, and quickly recognise where digital solutions create real added value
• You like people: You lead with empathy, communicate clearly and inspire both customers and team
• You bring leadership experience as well as experience in service, the automotive industry or a shared services environment
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and keep an overview even in hectic moments
• You speak fluent German and ideally have additional language skills
