Shape growth in the Life Sciences region!

As Head Business Development Life Sciences, you independently manage complex projects in the field of Integral Facility Services from the offer stage to contract signing if necessary. You are our link to the customer and coordinate all external and internal stakeholders involved. In the role of Head Business Development, you actively contribute to the business development of the strategic Life Science segment within ISS.

Your main tasks:

- Successful development of the Life Sciences industry segment through active market cultivation
- Development, management, and implementation of an effective strategy for the segment
- Conceptualization and offer preparation as well as the development of concepts
- Responsible for leading contract negotiations in the Life Science area
- Provision of calculation bases and financial analyses

Your profile:

- Completed studies at FH or university level (business administration)
- Further training in sales or key account management (advantageous)
- Industry experience in facility management and/or in life sciences
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Very good English skills
- Proficient with IT applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM)
