The Gilly Hospital, a pioneering treatment and rehabilitation center (CTR) in the canton of Vaud since 1989, has been serving the region since 1922. With 42 rehabilitation beds, this ideally located facility offers a breathtaking view of the Alps and Lake Geneva. Additionally, our temporary reception center (CAT) with five places offers activities for seniors four days a week.
We are looking for the Gilly Hospital a:
Occupational Therapist CTR at 70%
Start date as soon as possible or to be agreed upon.
If you want a higher percentage, we can offer it by combining one day at the CTR of the Aubonne Hospital.

YOU HAVE
- A recognized CRS occupational therapist diploma or in the process of recognition (possibility to do the internship during employment).
- Energy and increased sensitivity to relational aspects.
- Communication, listening, and pedagogical skills.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Develop, in collaboration with patients, an individualized therapeutic project based on SMART objectives and then ensure its implementation, monitoring, and adjustment.
- Assess the functional capacities and autonomy level of patients in activities of daily living (ADL), based on occupational therapy practice models.
- Intervene with an elderly population in rehabilitation and palliative care, taking into account physical, cognitive, and psychosocial dimensions.
- Actively contribute to the interdisciplinary therapeutic process, notably by recommending assistive devices, therapeutic teaching, and supporting patients' life projects.
- Implement interventions aimed at maintaining or improving autonomy, preventing functional loss, and promoting return home or adaptation to the living environment.
