• Immediate assistance: You manage emergency calls in case of card loss and initiate immediate blocks.
• Detective work: You check suspicious transactions and protect customers from fraud.
• Consultation: You answer complex questions about billing and card products.
• Documentation: You record all cases precisely in the system.

• Language duo: You speak and write fluent German and necessarily bring French OR Italian at a top level.
