Become part of our team! For our location in Olten, we are looking for an ambitious personality as Service Manager IT starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the management, quality assurance and further development of an assigned customer portfolio
• Planning, management and implementation of IT projects and further developments
• Definition of project goals, milestones, resources and schedules
• Structuring of tasks, responsibilities and dependencies
• Clear and transparent communication with customers and internal stakeholders
• Recording customer needs and deriving corresponding sales opportunities
• Preparation of small and medium-sized offers in coordination with the PreSales team
• Coordination of collaboration between the various teams
• Ensuring structured handovers to operations and the service desk
• Responsibility for the continuous documentation of configurations and adjustments

What distinguishes you

• Completed training in business, computer science or comparable
• Several years of experience in service management or a comparable role
• Experience in the MSP or system integrator environment
• Sound understanding of service processes
• Ability to plan and manage projects in a structured manner
• Experience in dealing with customers and stakeholders
• Clear communication skills and confident appearance
• Decision-making and escalation ability
• Very good German skills, English an advantage
• Ability to manage operations and change holistically
