Technical Sales Advisor Internal Sales (m/f/d)

Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will work in technical internal sales and support customers in selecting suitable solutions. You combine technical clarifications with handling individual business enquiries.
Responsibilities:
Receive customer requests by phone and classify them technically
Use technical documents as a basis for commercial clarifications
Compile information for individual customer solutions
Coordinate open points with specialist departments and business partners
Obtain feedback on ongoing business cases in a targeted manner
Accompany prospects during the decision-making phase
Document relevant information completely for further processing
Qualifications:
Technical or commercial vocational qualification
Professional experience with technical products or interest in switching to office work
Good understanding of numbers, measurements, and technical contexts
Precise and independent working style
Confident handling of various contacts
Enjoyment of customer contact and teamwork
