Together with our client, a successful company in the industrial sector, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual as HR Business Partner 80–100%. In this varied position, you will take on a central role in supporting various business areas and help shape both operational and conceptual personnel management. Your tasks with the new employer

• As a trusted contact person, you support managers in personnel decisions, accompany employees in various professional situations, and ensure professional HR support throughout all phases of employment
• You independently coordinate recruitment from identifying needs to successful placement and simultaneously work to position the company as an attractive employer in the job market
• You identify potential for improvement in existing personnel processes, develop more efficient solutions together with your HR colleagues, and support the introduction of uniform and digital work processes
• With your understanding of operational contexts, you support forward-looking personnel and organisational planning, handle overarching HR issues, and create well-founded decision-making bases using relevant key figures

You offer your new employer

• You have completed a commercial basic education and have specifically deepened your expertise through the Swiss Federal Certificate in HR or an equivalent further qualification
• Thanks to your several years of experience in a broadly based HR function, you are well acquainted with advising managers and overall personnel management; knowledge from industry or production is welcome
• You communicate confidently and fluently in German, work proficiently with MS Office, and ideally bring additional language skills as well as experience with Abacus or another HR software
• You think entrepreneurially, act on your own initiative, and approach different people with sensitivity, combining your analytical skills with flexibility and a strong service orientation
